Ginger Honey Glazed Turkey Meatballs

These Ginger Honey Glazed Turkey Meatballs are perfect to enjoy for dinner or meal prep for easy lunches!

  • 1 Lb Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Garlic Gloves
  • 1/4 Cub Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 tsp Ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp Lemon
  • Green Onion to garnish
  • Sesame seeds to garnish


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, soy sauce, egg and bread crumbs.
  3. Form meatballs into 1-inch balls and place onto baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes or until they are cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, stir together the honey glaze. Combine honey, sesame oil, ginger and lemon in a small bowl. Taste and adjust to your liking.
  6. Once meatballs are baked, drizzle the meatballs with the honey glaze.
  7. Serve over white rice and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
