Swedish Turkey Meatballs

These Swedish Turkey Meatballs with Gravy are an easy weeknight meal. You can use pre-made meatballs or prepare your own in our creamy Organic Turkey Gravy!

  • 1 box Diestel Organic Turkey Gravy
  • 1 lb Diestel Ground Turkey
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • Parsley (for garnish)


  1. Note: This recipe can be prepared with ready-made meatballs for an even faster preparation. If you’d like to make your own meatballs, continue on with this recipe.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Diestel Ground Turkey, bread crumbs, egg, all spice, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and set aside on a plate.
  4. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook meatballs until cooked throughout or an internal temperature of 160. Remove meatballs from pan and set aside.
  5. Add the Diestel Organic Turkey Gravy, dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream over medium heat. Whisk together until well combined.
  6. Return meatballs to pan and coat with gravy. Serve on their own or over mashed potatoes. Garnish with salt, pepper, and parsley to taste.
