Cheesy Turkey Meatballs

These Cheesy Turkey Meatballs are delicious on their own or over a pile of pasta.

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Onion (diced)
  • Garlic cloves (minced)
  • Egg White
  • 3/4 cup Grated parmesan
  • 1 tsp Rosemary (minced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup Shredded mozzarella


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
  2. Add the oil to a pan and saute the onion and garlic until softened. Transfer half to a large bowl and leave the other half in the pan for later..
  3. In the large bowl, add the turkey, egg, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese, rosemary, Worchestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. Combine with your hands, form into meatballs and place on your lined baking sheet.
  4. Cook the meatballs for 8 minutes in the oven.
  5. While the meatballs are cooking, add cream to the onion and garlic. Bring to a simmer and then stir in 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted and well combined.
  6. Spray the inside of a baking dish with oil. Then add the meatballs to the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the sauce over the top. Top with the remaining cheese and add some rosemary sprigs.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes. Enjoy on their own or with some pasta.
