This is the part of the post where we’d normally give you the spiel about why you need these recipes, but we’re short on time, and so are you, so without further ado, let’s get to it!
We’re not ashamed to admit there was a period of time when the Diestel family lived on these egg muffins. They were the perfect portable breakfasts, and we loved having them as a simple option for our too-often-hectic morning routines. Warning: These are so simple to make that they’re easy to get addicted to, too!
You think you don’t have time to eat healthy? Think again. It takes a lot less time to whip these up than it takes to decide whether you’re hungry in the first place. Besides, it’s the almost-perfect combination of sensations: salty, juicy, tender, and crispy. What could make it better? Having more of ‘em.
