Greek Style Turkey Bolognese

Is it just us or are veggie infinitely better when in noodle form. Get the recipe for this Greek Style Turkey Bolognese over Zucchini Noodles!

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1/2 Onion(diced)
  • 1/2 Red bell pepper(diced)
  • 1/2 Zucchini(diced)
  • Garlic gloves(minced)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup Olives
  • 1/3 cup Feta cheese
  • Basil for garnish
  • Cherry Tomatoes for garnish


  1. In a large, deep pan heat olive oil over medium heat. Then saute the onions, zucchini, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and cook until vegetables are softened and onions are translucent.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
  3. Add the tomatoes and balsamic vinegar. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 45 minutes.
  4. Serve bolognese over zucchini noodles. Then garnish with olives, feta, cherry tomatoes and basil.
