I absolutely love this product. It cooks quickly and is packed with flavor. I often don't add any seasoning to it and it's delicious! It has the perfect amount of heat, just a little to give it some spice but it's not overbearing. I love putting it in Mexican dishes, breakfast hash...I even put it on grilled pizza the other night and it was fantastic! Buy this turkey chorizo!

Delicious! I am so glad to find this turkey chorizo! I love Diestel ground turkey in general. It has such a great flavor, consistency and overall feeling in the belly. While traveling I found the chorizo version and cooked it up with some sweet potatoes, onions, eggs, and other veg. It was delicious and quite spicy (Greek yogurt or sour cream helps a lot). I was unable to find this style in any of my local markets so I was over the moon with joy to find out I could get it direct from the supplier. I ordered several (sinceI knew it would take a lot of packaging to ship it) and it came still frozen even in 90 degree weather. They let me choose my delivery date online and even package with dry ice. Will definitely order again sometime in the future!
