Turkey Chorizo Empanadas

Ingredients

1/2 Lb Diestel Turkey Chorizo
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1 Egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Brown 1/2 lb of the Diestel Turkey Chorizo in a pan.
Bring puff pastry to room temperature. Dust surface with flour. Then roll out the puff pastry flat.
Cut puff pastry into 4 inch circles.
Fill puff pastry with large spoonful of cooked Diestel Turkey chorizo. Using a fork seal the edges into a half circle.
Place each sealed puff pastry onto cookie sheet and then brush with egg yolk wash.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
