Shipping Policy

All orders:

Standard shipping is free to CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA. Express shipping is $20. $50 product minimum may apply. All whole turkeys and orders (product total) over $125 ship free to the lower 48 States.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.

We do not guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Holiday orders:

For a successful Holiday please consider selecting a delivery date before the week of 11/25 at checkout.

Ensure that your holiday bird finds your home! Please don’t attempt to change your delivery address with UPS, as this results in delays outside of our control here at Diestel Ranch.

Paying with an HSA/FSA?

Orders using Truemed will not ship until your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) has been submitted and approved. Please plan for this accordintly, as we cannot issue refunds for delayed shipments caused by an incomplete or pending LMN. 

While most orders are approved within 1-3days, if your LMN is not approved within 14 days of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. If you choose to cancel your order before the LMN is submitted or approved, a standard $50 restocking fee is applied. We appreciate your understanding as we comply with the requirements necessary to make your purchase HSA/FSA eligible.  Learn more here.

Return Policy

Here At Diestel Turkey, we want you to have the best turkey products available and take great pride in fulfilling that desire. Should any issues arise please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns.

Shipments during January through October are not able to be cancelled within three days of your delivery date.

Shipments during November and December are not able to be updated or cancelled within seven days of your delivery date.
