We’re launching online with two products: An Organic Heirloom Whole Chicken and a Primal Blend Heirloom Ground Chicken. Our chicken is Certified Organic, and just like our turkeys they are raised the Diestel way - with no antibiotics or chemicals, 100% organic vegetarian feed, room to roam, and are slow grown, giving the chickens time to develop naturally.

Diestel chickens are old world french breeds selected for exceptional flavor and heartiness.
With seasonal access to open pastures, we needed a breed robust enough to forage on pasture and handle being outdoors, yet tender enough to meet the expectations that we as 'eaters' expect from our chicken.
