To avoid any shipping delays on Thanksgiving orders, we recommend selecting a delivery date before Thursday, November 20th.

This product ships deep chilled to arrive fresh. Arrival temperature of bird will vary depending on your location, & turkey may feel hard upon arrival - this indicates it is still deeply chilled.

Ingredients

Turkey, Water, Sea Salt, Organic Brown Sugar, Organic Ground White Pepper, Organic Garlic Powder, Thyme Oil, and Organic Rosemary Extract

Note:

While this smoked turkey is fully cooked, we recommend heating-to-taste. When using a meat thermometer heat to a USDA suggested internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Let stand for 15 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

Re-Heating Instructions

The re-heating instructions are located on the back of every turkey. Remove chilled (not frozen) bird from bag and follow these simple directions.

Leave the nylon truss on the legs, it is oven safe up to 450 degrees F. Place in a roasting pan and heat at 325 degrees F – see below for approximate cooking times based on the size of your turkey:

Honey Glaze

This quick and tasty glaze adds a nice touch and is a Diestel family favorite. Blend ingredients below and brush over your smoked turkey prior to heating.

2 Tbsp dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp Prepared mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp cloves, ground
