Re-Heating Instructions
Your Smoked Turkey Thigh will arrive frozen. First things first, thaw this bad boy out in the refrigerator overnight, or in cold water (replacing every 30 minutes).
In the Oven
Preheat oven to 300-325°F (150-160°C), and place the thawed thigh in a baking dish.
Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth or water to the bottom of the dish. Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake for 30-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
For crispy skin: If desired, remove the foil for the last 10-15 minutes of heating.
In the Air Fryer
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray or brush the thigh with a little oil (e.g., olive oil).
Place the thigh in the air fryer basket in a single layer (don't overcrowd).
Air fry for 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until heated through and the skin is crispy. Check the internal temperature to ensure it reaches 165°F (74°C).
In the Microwave
Slice the thigh into smaller, more even pieces if possible and place on a microwave-safe plate.
Add a tablespoon or two of broth or water, and cover with a damp paper towel or microwave-safe lid.
Heat on medium power for 2-5 minutes, checking every minute or so and flipping, until heated through to 165°F (74°C). Lower power and longer time can help prevent drying.
