Can we call this a moist maker? Will we get sued? We hope not. But we DO know that if anyone can make a fl*cking amazing leftover sandwich...it's Diestel.

Cooking Time

organic-boneless-turkey-breast
3 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough recommended)
1 cup leftover cooked turkey breast, sliced
1 cup of warm gravy
1/2 cup stuffing
1/4 cup cranberry sauce
1-2 tbsp mayo
Any additional leftovers you want to add
Prepare the bread
Toast the bread lightly
Spread mayo on one side of two of the slices (these are your outer slices)
Warm gravy and pour into into a shallow bowl
Submerge the third slice into the gravy until fully soaked and set aside (this is the 'moist maker')
Assemble the sandwich:
Place one of the mayo-ed slices of bread (mayo-side up) on your plate.
Layer half of your turkey on top of the bread.
Spread half of the cranberry sauce over the turkey.
Optional: Add some romaine, a thin layer of mashed potatoes, or other sides here.
Carefully lift the gravy-soaked slice of bread ("The Moist Maker") and place it directly on top of the bottom layer of ingredients.
On top of the Moistmaker, Spread all of the leftover stuffing
Layer the remaining half of the turkey
Secure with a long toothpick if needed
Note: To eat this the Ross Gellar way, you'll want a knife and fork
