(Preferred) Cook over medium heat, turning frequently to desired crispiness.

Microwave

Place uncured turkey bacon on paper towels on a microwave safe plate. Cover with a paper towel and cook on high to desired crispiness: 2 Slices: 1-2 minutes, 4 Slices: 2-3 minutes
