Ingredients

Regenerative Turkey Breast, Sea Salt, Ground Sage, Ground Thyme, Parsley Flakes, Rosemary, White Pepper

Air Fryer:

Preheat air fryer to 390F. Lightly spray air fryer basket. With the netting on, cook the turkey skin-side down for 15 minutes. Flip the turkey skin-side up. Reduce the temperature to 375F and cook for an additional 40-50 minutes.

Oven:

Preheat oven to 325F. Remove soft oven-ready boneless roast from the bag. With the netting on, place the boneless roast in an open roasting pan. Cover the bottom of the pan with approximately 1 cup water or broth. Cook for approximately 25 minutes per pound.

Roasting times may vary and we encourage you to check the internal temperature throughout the roasting time.
