I like this and would order it again, but I'm concerned that there may be some sort of air pocket in the middle that keeps the temperature from registering correctly. I use two different instant read thermometers and both of them showed that it was only 145 at the end of the recommended cooking time. So I kept cooking it, checked after 10 minutes 154, another 10 minutes 160, and finally took it out because it was already 20 minutes after everything else was ready. Turned out to be super overcooked. If I had only used one thermometer I would be suspicious of the thermometer. But since both of them - two different styles - read the same thing I'm wondering if there's something weird about the way they put two breasts together inside the mesh netting. Perhaps there's an air pocket. If the manufacturer would like to get back to me on this I welcome the feedback.
