Preparation:

Preheat oven to 325º F. To prepare simply remove soft oven ready bone-in-breast from the bag., rub the exterior of turkey with a blend of your favorite herbs and spices or with a paste made of the following ingredients:
4 Tbsp oil, (melted butter, margarine, olive oil, etc.)
4 tsp. salt, or to taste
2 tsp. paprika
Place the bone-in-breast in an open roasting pan, breast side up. Cover the bottom of the pan with approximately 1 cup water or broth. Place your beautiful bone-in-breast in the oven.

Roasting

Use a 325º F oven. Roasting times may vary. We would encourage you to check the internal temperature throughout the roasting time to be careful not to over-roast.

So when we found Diesel We were shocked they existed.
Packaging was great and arrived Cold slightly frozen and the box was well insulated.
We also ordered boneless breast which we ground up to made turkey patties.

Delivery was good and the turkey was outstanding. I have made many Turkeys over the years but this was absolutely fabulous. I wish I had taken a picture. I purchased your gravy but the breast to my surprise produced a delicious gravy!!

Your turkeys are simply the best. I found y’all by accident. Four years ago and this year, I was let down by turkey orders placed a month in advance and was faced with not receiving it until possibly after Thanksgiving. In fact four years ago when I ordered one from another vendor to be shipped, it arrived frozen when it was supposed to be fresh. I picked up a Diestel turkey at my local store the night before Thanksgiving and was really impressed. I bought this bone in breast online because we needed extra servings for additional guests that were last minute additions. I will be buying from Diestel only from now on! Absolutely delicious! I wish I had known about this before I placed the other order, but you live and learn.
