Ingredients

Turkey, cracked pepper and garlic marinade: (water, less than 2%: Organic Vinegar (helps maintain fresheness), Sea Salt, Smoked Paprika, Habanero, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel, Sugar, Honey, Brown Sugar, Orange Juice Solids, Dehydrated Onion, Yeast Extract, Citric Acid, Malic Acid, Lemon Oil, Lemon Juice, Ascorbic Acid, Dehydrated Carrot, Dehydrated Garlic, Lemon Oil, Oleoresin Paprika, Maltodextrin, Dextrin, Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent)).

Skillet

Cook thawed turkey tenderloins in a single layer on lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until well-browned on each side. The tenderloins will cook for approximately 5 minutes per side and until the internal temperature registers the USDA recommended 165 degrees F.

Oven

Preheat to 400 degrees F. Do not remove the tenderloin from the oven-safe bag before cooking. Place on sheet pan and cut a 1″ opening in top of bag to vent. Place sheet pan in center of oven, allowing room for bag to expand without touching oven walls or racks while cooking. Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the tenderloin reaches 165 degrees F. Approximate cook time: 15 minute. Carefully cut bag open lengthwise across top. Remove turkey from bag, slice, serve & enjoy.

"Good eats!"

My husband and I tried our first order of Cracked Pepper & Garlic Turkey last night. Easy to prepare and serve. Tasted great and very moist (I usually good most 'meats' until too dry and over-cooked...). Look forward to having this again.

Truly love the tender. For me a tad too much pepper and not enough garlic.. however, the lemon rosemary are perfect.
