Sundried Tomato & Basil Turkey Burgers

organic-frozen-white-ground-turkey

  • 1 lb. Diestel Ground Turkey*
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup basil, minced
  • 1/3 cup sundried tomatoes packed in oil, drained and chopped
  • 2 oz. Asiago cheese grated (about 1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together, except turkey, until well-blended. Mix in turkey and blend well. Form four patties. Barbecue or grill on both sides until no pink remains in the center. Serve on buns with your favorite condiments.
