Pumpkin Turkey Chili

organic-frozen-white-ground-turkey

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic (Minced)
  • 10 oz Perderson's Farms Kielbasa (sliced)
  • 8 oz Canned Pumpkin
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tbsp Chipotle pepper
  • Dash Cumin
  • To Taste Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Water

  1. Place the olive oil, minced garlic and Diestel Ground Turkey into the Pressure Cooker and hit the "saute" button. Cook turkey until browned.
  2. Hit the "cancel" botton and add all remaining ingredients. Stir well and place the top on. Close the lid and pressure cook on high for 25 minutes. Then you can naturally release or quick release.
  3. Stir and serve with your favorite chili toppings. We added cheddar cheese, sour cream and pumpkin seeds.
