Italian Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. spinach or Swiss chard or 10 oz. package frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 lb. Diestel 100% Ground Turkey
  • 1 lb. Diestel Italian Turkey Sausage
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

  1. Steam spinach or Swiss chard, drain well and chop.
  2. Mix with remaining ingredients and bake at 350º F for 1 hour.
