There is nothing more comforting than a bowl of warm, tomato soup. We added our Diestel Italian Turkey Sausage to this Italian Tomato Pasta Soup to make it that much better.

Ingredients
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Lb Diestel Italian Turkey Sausage
1 Celery Stock chopped
1 Onion (chopped)
6 Oz Sliced mushrooms
2 Bay Leaves
1 Glove Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Oregano
1 Can Crushed Tomatoes
16 Oz Beef Stock
1/2 Cup Pasta
Directions
Heat oil in large pan over medium heat.
Once hot, add the Diestel Italian Ground Turkey and brown.
Add the celery, onion, mushroom, bay leaf, garlic, and oregano. Cook until the onion is translucent and celery is soft.
Add the tomato and beef stock. Simmer for 1.5 hours, covered.
Remove cover and add pasta. Cook pasta as directed on box.
