Ground Turkey Fried Rice

  • 1/2 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Carrot (chopped)
  • Garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 Cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  • Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
  • 2 Cups Cooked brown rice
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • Cilantro, sesame seeds and green onion for garnish

  1. Transform your leftover rice into this delicious Diestel Ground Turkey Fried Rice!
  2. Add in turkey, carrot, garlic, ginger, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Once turkey has browned, add in soy sauce and chili garlic sauce.
  4. Once cooked, push the meat and veggies to the side of your pan. Then pour egg in and scramble.
  5. Once scrambled, incorporate into meat and veggies. Then add rice.
  6. Stir and cook until heated throughout.
  7. Serve immediately and garnish with cilantro, sesame seeds and green onions.
