Cranberry Chutney

1 Tbsp Butter
2 Stalks Celery(chopped)
1 Yellow Onion(chopped)
4 Cups Cranberries
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 Cup Honey
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Finely grated fresh ginger
1/4 tsp All Spice
1 Cup Water
1 Apple(finely chopped)

Heat butter in a 4 quart saucepan over medium heat.
Add celery and onion stirring until soft.
Add cranberries, brown sugar, sugar, honey, cinnamon, ginger, all spice, ginger, apple and 1 cup water.
Cook until cranberries burst or approximately 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until berries are tender and chutney looks like thick jam, approximately 1 hour.
Serve with your Thanksgiving turkey, Turkey sandwiches and so much more!
