Classic Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • Egg
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 Gloves of Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Mix together ground turkey, egg, chopped onion, freshly pressed garlic, Italian seasoning and salt in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Form each meatball to be approximately 2-inches in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 18 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta and marinara. Enjoy!
