Turkey Veggie Roll Ups

Snack situation on POINT. Clean, lean and packed FULL of protein, these veggie roll ups are a crowd-pleasing snack solution any day of the week.

Serves: 8


  • 6 oz Diestel Smoked Turkey Slices
  • 1/2 cup little gems or other crunchy lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers, grated carrots, or sliced jicama
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard


  1. Take a slice of turkey and spread a dollop of grainy mustard in the center of the slice.
  2. Add 1.5 oz of hummus to the center.
  3. Add sliced veggies. Feel free to mix it up here – choose any favorite crunchy vegetables.
  4. Top with lettuce.
  5. Roll up turkey slice around the vegetables.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
