Put your pan in the oven and use the chart below to determine how long you’ll have to wait. Your bird will be ready when its internal temperature reaches 165º F. (Don’t worry; it won’t be long.) As with any meat, you’ll want to use a thermometer to keep an eye on its internal temperature to make sure you aren’t over-roasting it.
If your bird is unstuffed, then you’re in luck: take 30 minutes off the cook time listed below.*
