Shipping Policy

Standard shipping (1-2 business days) is free to CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, and WA. Express shipping (1 business day) is $20. $50 product minimum may apply.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed as well as a tracking number when the order ships.

We do not guarantee delivery dates as carrier delays are out of our control. Please take this into consideration when ordering.

Ensure that your holiday bird finds your home! Please don’t attempt to change your delivery address with UPS, as this results in delays outside of our control here at Diestel Ranch.

Return Policy

Here At Diestel Turkey, we want you to have the best turkey products available and take great pride in fulfilling that desire. Should any issues arise please contact us and we will arrange for a prompt replacement.

Due to the perishable nature of our products we cannot accept returns.

Shipments during January through October are not able to be cancelled within three days of your delivery date.

Shipments during November and December are not able to be updated or cancelled within seven days of your delivery date.
