Smoked Turkey Linguini

A delightful blend of colors and flavors. Easy to make too!

Diestel product:

Naturally Smoked Turkey Breast


1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cups skim milk
2 cups broccoli flowerettes
2 cups Diestel Smoked Turkey Breast, cubed
8 oz. linguini, cooked and drained
1 red pepper, julienned
1 cup mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. parmesan cheese
Salt to taste


Sauté onion and garlic in oil. Stir in flour and seasonings. Slowly add milk stirring until thickened. Meanwhile, place broccoli in a glass bowl with 1 Tbsp. water and cover. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until crisp and tender. Drain.

Microwave smoked turkey covered on high for 1 minute or just until heated. Toss pasta with sauce, broccoli, smoked turkey and remaining ingredients.

Serves 4.
