Turkey Spinach Poppers

Sneak more veggies into your meals! These Turkey Poppers are loaded with spinach for an extra boost of veggies in these protein-packed turkey bites.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 1 1/4 cups Chopped spinach
  • 3 Green onions (chopped)
  • 2 Minced garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Then form small meatballs with the mixture and place on parchment.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Flip meatballs. Bake for additional 15 minutes.
  5. Once the meatballs have an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit, enjoy! Serve with some veggies and dip.
