Turkey Bacon Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 Lbs Brussels Sprouts cut in half
  • 8 Slices Diestel Turkey Bacon
  • 6 Gloves chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Halve the brussels sprouts and spread out on the baking sheet. Add chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
  3. Cut the Diestel Turkey Bacon into small pieces and sprinkle over the brussel sprouts.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip the brussel sprouts for even cooking. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or when brussels sprouts are cooked and bacon is crispy.
  5. Transfer to bowl and toss in pomegranate seeds. Serve and enjoy!
