Stuffed Pepper Turkey Soup

With the temperatures getting cooler, our meals are getting cozier. Try this Stuffed Bell Pepper Soup with Diestel Ground Turkey, it’s super easy to make and a delicious new favorite the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Onion(diced)
  • 1 Cup Red Bell Pepper(diced)
  • 1 Cup Green Bell Pepper(diced)
  • 2 Gloves Garlic(diced)
  • 1 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 2 Cans Fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 Can Tomato sauce
  • 2 Cups Beef Bone Broth
  • Beef Bouillon Cube
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Cups Cooked White Rice

Directions

  1. In a medium pot, add olive oil to pan and heat on medium heat. Then add the Diestel Ground Turkey and brown.
  2. Once the turkey is browned, add the onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook until vegetables are softened.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper.
  4. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer.
  5. Cook for 20 minutes. Then serve with rice and enjoy!
