Cranberry and Turkey Tarts

The Perfect way to re-purpose your favorite Diestel Turkey leftovers into a delicious appetizer or snack!

  • 1 Sheet Filo Pastry Dough
  • 2 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 2 Cubs Chopped Turkey Breast
  • 4 slices White Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Cranberry Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees fahrenheit and grease muffin tin.
  2. Let the filo pastry dough come to room temperature. Dust flour on your cooking service. Roll out the filo dough and cut into 8 squares.
  3. Place the filo dough into the muffin tins. Then brush the dough with melted butter.
  4. Fill the cups with chopped turkey breast, cheddar cheese and cranberry sauce.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
