Turkey, lemon and rosemary marinade: (water, less than 2%: Organic Vinegar (helps maintain freshness), Sea Salt, Rosemary, Dehydrated Garlic, Lemon Peel, Black Pepper, Lemon Oil, Garlic Extract, Sunflower Oil, Silicon Dioxide (anti-caking agent)).
Cook thawed turkey tenderloins in a single layer on lightly oiled skillet over medium heat until well-browned on each side. The tenderloins will cook for approximately 5 minutes per side and until the internal temperature registers the USDA recommended 165 degrees F.
Preheat to 400 degrees F. Do not remove the tenderloin from the oven-safe bag before cooking. Place on sheet pan and cut a 1″ opening in top of bag to vent. Place sheet pan in center of oven, allowing room for bag to expand without touching oven walls or racks while cooking. Cook until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the tenderloin reaches 165 degrees F. Approximate cook time: 15 minute. Carefully cut bag open lengthwise across top. Remove turkey from bag, slice, serve & enjoy.
