Parmesan Dijon Turkey

A perfect make-ahead entree. Great for dinner parties or just weekday meals!

Diestel product:

Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients:

6 Diestel Turkey Breast Tenderloins (4-6 oz. each)
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine

Directions:

Mix

together mustard and wine, set aside. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and butter.

Dip

turkey breast into mustard mixture and then into crumb mixture. Place on a lightly oiled shallow pan so pieces are not touching.

Bake

at 500ยบ F for approximately 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink inside.

Serves 4-6.
