6 Diestel Turkey Breast Tenderloins (4-6 oz. each)
1/3 cup Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. dry white wine
3/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
together mustard and wine, set aside. In another bowl mix together bread crumbs, cheese, and butter.
turkey breast into mustard mixture and then into crumb mixture. Place on a lightly oiled shallow pan so pieces are not touching.
at 500º F for approximately 15 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink inside.
