Spice up your everyday sandwich! Simple, easy and delicious!
Smoked Turkey Breast
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4t hot paprika
2 ciabatta rolls
2 slices of provolone cheese
1 cup whole fresh spinach leaves, divided
1/4 pound Diestel Smoked Turkey Breast
2 roasted red peppers, sliced into strips
First, mix the avocado and the mayonnaise together in a bowl. Next, preheat a panini sandwich press. You can also use a griddle to head the sandwich.
Assemble the sandwich:
Split the ciabatta rolls in half and spread the avocado mayo on each side of the bun. Next place a slice of provolone cheese followed by half of the spinach leaves, half the Diestel Turkey, and sliced roasted red pepper on each sandwich. Brush the top of the roll with olive oil.
Place sandwiches in the Panini press and cook until the bun is toasted and the cheese has melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.
